We offer three levels of wedding planning services:

1. Full Service: Perfect for couples who want expert guidance from start to finish. This package includes unlimited communication, venue sourcing, wedding website creation, guest list management, bridal party assistance, custom stationery, and more, ensuring every detail is covered.
2. Partial Planning: Ideal for couples who have started planning but need support to bring it all together. Services include vendor recommendations, wedding design assistance, budget help, accommodation coordination, and more to perfect your day.
3. Day-of Coordination: For couples who have already planned their wedding and need help with execution. We handle final vendor communications, timeline creation, ceremony rehearsal coordination, and day-of logistics to ensure a seamless event.

Your wedding planner will walk alongside you throughout the entire wedding planning process, and they will be your main point of contact while planning!

As a day of coordinator, we would join in your planning process about 3 months out from the big day! Your coordinator focuses more on the logistics whereas a planner supports you through the planning decisions!

The timeline for booking wedding planning services depends on the type of service you're looking for! Generally, full planning should be booked 10 to 18 months in advance, partial planning about 7 to 8 months before, and day-of coordination 4 to 5 months ahead of the big day!

In short, yes! While a venue coordinator’s main focus is the venue and its logistics, a wedding planner or coordinator prioritizes your vision and ensures everything aligns with your plans. They’ll focus on you, handling all details and logistics to bring your dream day to life.

Of course you can! However, what sets us apart is that we offer combined services with planning, photography, and photobooth to ensure you have the smoothest experience when creating custom timelines and to streamline communication! For any other vendors, we can provide you with a list of vendors we’ve worked with in the past for you to explore!

If an emergency arises on your wedding day, it is my responsibility to handle the situation and work directly with the vendors and venue to resolve the issue. Your wedding day is all about the bride + groom, and my job is to make sure you both don’t have to worry about problem-solving. I want you to be able to relax, enjoy the moment, and focus on celebrating. You can trust that I’ll be there to take care of any unexpected challenges, so you can enjoy your day stress-free!

When you choose a package like our Full-Service planning, we will support you and do most of the heavy lifting so you can enjoy the process! Ultimately, you can and will be involved as much or as little as you’d like!

Depending on the chosen planning package, I will work closely with you to bring your vision to life while staying within your desired budget. Regardless of the package, I'm always happy to assist with brainstorming ideas, refining details, and ensuring everything comes together seamlessly for the big day!
