Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included or covered additionally?
Travel is included for up to 120 roundtrip miles for weddings and 60 roundtrip miles for personal and corporate events. If your event is beyond that, additional travel fees may apply, and we’ll provide a custom quote based on your location.
is set up time included in the rental time or is that SEPARATE?
Setup time is separate from your rental time. We arrive 45–60 minutes before your booked start time to ensure everything is fully set up and ready to go. Your rental time is reserved strictly for use of the booth, so you get every minute you’ve booked!
What is the difference between idle hours and rental hours?
Rental hours are when the photo booth is fully operational and available for guests to use. Idle hours are planned pauses, perfect for moments like dinner or speeches, when the booth is temporarily shut down so guests can focus on the event.
When should we expect to RECEIVE our full gallery from our event?
Galleries are typically delivered within 48 hours after your event. During busier seasons, delivery times may vary slightly, but we always aim to get your photos to you as quickly as possible so you can relive every moment while the memories are still fresh!
